I LOVE dogs! I'm always up for having a shoot with the family dog included. Does it make it a bit more challenging? Yes. Do I give a lot attention to the animal, trying to make him look his best, sometimes neglecting the humans in the shot? Maybe, but the way I shoot involves a lot of patience. I'm not in a hurry so I can wait until I get just the right look to snap away, but sometimes I can't resist also capturing the process (sometimes struggle) required to get that final, great shot.
